The Park County unemployment rate fell a substantial 1.3 percentage points, to 7.5 percent, in February versus 8.8 percent in February of last year.
The state and the nation saw similar year-over-year decreases.
And the job recovery in Colorado is on pace, by April or May of this year, to have all the jobs recovered that were lost between the peak of Colorado’s employment, in May 2008, and the trough, in January 2010. Details in this week's Flume.
