Deadlines & Requests from Your Platte Canyon Chamber!

There are some important deadlines coming up and requests the Chamber has.
Please read and let us know if you can help in any way.

IMPORTANT:
CONFIRM YOUR CHAMBER CONTACT INFORMATION to be sure that your 2013 business listing (contact info) is correct!

Go to [url=http://www.bailey-colorado.org" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;]http://www.bailey-colorado.org[/url] and click on Member Login on the bottom left of the homepage.
Under My Member Profile, click on " Change Contact/Profile Info" Then click SUBMIT.

*Please do this by April 26th at noon. The list will be turned over at that time, and any information that has not been changed or edited will be listed in the directory as it currently appears for your chamber membership.

MAKE SURE YOUR CHAMBER MEMBERSHIP IS CURRENT/DUES PAID.
If you are not a current chamber member (if dues are past due for more than 60 days you are NOT a chamber member) you will not be listed in the directory.
It is a little late in the game, so if you know that your dues are due, you may email Franie Bassett to see if you can work anything out with her. Franie Bassett--


Combined Chamber Directory Deadline

The FINAL DEADLINE to place an ad in the Combined Chamber Directory is this Friday, April 26th.
If you'd like to reserve your ad space, please CALL: 303-674-3701.

Bailey Day Map ads, sponsorship deadline

Deadline to sign up as a SPONSOR for Bailey Day is April 30th. *see sponsorship level information at end With the Sponsorship, you receive either a business card sized ad on the Bailey Day Map, or a stacked 2 business card sized ad on the Map. Your business card/ad is also due 4/30/13.
Please see the attachment to this email which explains the different levels of sponsorship and the perks that each offers.
You may print the attchment, fill out and mail to the PCACC PO Box 477 in Bailey to register if you'd rather not do it online.

We are also looking for Volunteers for Bailey Day.

Bailey Day Props & Bailey Day Live Auction Items

This year, the theme for Bailey Day is the Olde West.
We will be having a "olde time" photo booth and would maybe like to have staff and volunteers dress up in Olde West clothing.

We are asking anyone that has any Olde West or Mountain Man Props or costumes that we can loan from you, or that you'd like to donate, to please reply to this email and let Heather know.

Examples of items we are looking for include:
-Ropes
-FAKE guns & holsters (or guns that shoot blanks)
-Wagon Wheel(s)
-Women's attire (long dresses & bonnets)
-Men's wear - plaid shirts, etc.
-Coyboy Hats
-Chaps
-Spurs / Boots
-ANY OTHER OLDE WEST OR MOUNTAIN MAN ITEMS

Also, we are looking for live auction items to be donated to the Chamber that we can auction off at Bailey Day.
