Snowy conditions not only postponed the Conifer Town Hall meeting from its original April 17 date, but they also dampened attendance at the rescheduled meeting on of April 22. Only 50 people attended the meeting, sponsored by the Conifer Area Council at the auditorium at West Jefferson Middle School, which is usually crowded for such meetings.
The meeting included updates from the Colorado Department of Transportation, the Regional Transportation District, and Staunton State Park, as well as information on noxious weeds, the state health benefits exchange, fire danger and trails. Details in this week's Flume.
