An April 23 fire damaged part of Foothills Hydroponics in Pine Junction, but the damage was limited by quick intervention from the Conifer-based Elk Creek Fire Protection District.
Elk Creek Fire Chief Bill McLaughlin told The Flume that the fire started near the business’ retail counter.
