The Park County Planning Commission voted to recommend the rezoning of property owned by the Bailey-based “I Love U Guys” Foundation from residential to commercial where the foundation’s community place would be built.
The commission also recommended approval of a conditional use permit sought by Jason Cranford for a medical marijuana facility south of Fairplay.
