Increasingly dry conditions have forced the Bureau of Land Management and the U.S. Forest Service to increase fire restrictions on land in Park County.
BLM and the U.S. Forest Service moved to stage 2 restrictions on June 27, further restricting what is permitted on those lands.
Under stage 2 fire restrictions, building, maintaining, attending or using a fire, campfire, any type of charcoal fueled broiler or open fire of any type is prohibited.
