County average home price up 11% in 2Q vs year ago -Flume

In the second quarter, the average home selling price in Park County was $208,293, an 11 percent rise versus the $187,708 average selling price in the second quarter of 2009. Details on home sales, foreclosures, and building permits for the second quarter in this week's Flume.

Sadly, it might be because most homes that are selling are foreclosures and foreclosures are starting to hit higher income brackets.

My neighborhood prices are way down from the last 2-3 years, They manage the data to max the tax base. The basis was 2 years when prices were rising and went to to 4 when prices were declining. I never voted on this change ,did you?
