Melissa Miller, 54, the woman arrested on July 15 for the alleged murder of Leann Meyer, is scheduled to appear in a Park County courtroom at 11 a.m. Tuesday for an advisement of her rights.
Miller stands accused of murdering Meyer, who disappeared in February. Meyer’s remains were discovered on July 4 in the Bailey area of Park County.
Wheat Ridge Police investigators had considered Miller a person of interest in their investigation, but it’s unclear what new evidence was discovered since July 4 that linked Miller to the alleged crime.
