Final Homeschool Summer Dance Day at Peak Academy of Dance happening tomorrow (Tuesday August 13) open to all children age 5+. Only $7 for morning session (10:00-12:00) or $12 for all day (10:00-2:30 including break for sack lunch).
A fun-filled day of dance exploration for the novice dancer of any age. The morning session includes a warm-up, basic traveling steps, turns, leaps, and hearing rhythms in the music. The afternoon session will turn the steps into a unique story - incorporating performance qualities, costumes, and choreography. Parents are invited to watch a performance at the end of the day.
Program Dates & Times:
Tuesdays- June 11th, July 9th, August 13th
10:00-12:00 - Morning session (parents welcome to stay and dance too)
12:00-12:30 - lunch break (bring your own)
12:30-2:00 - Afternoon session (putting performance together)
2:00-2:30 - Performance
No registration required - cash or check at the door.
