Melissa Miller was formally charged on Aug. 26 with first degree murder for the death of Leann Meyer, of Wheat Ridge, whose remains were found in Bailey on July 4.
In all, Miller is facing four felony counts – murder in the first degree, theft, and two counts of tampering with physical evidence.
