The 347-acre Tanglewood Reserve development is back on the market.
The mixed-use development near Pine Junction had been under contract until recently to a potential buyer in Denver, but the sale fell through, said Norm Blum, senior vice president for Jones Lang LaSalle in Denver.
The property near Pine Junction was first listed in November 2012 and is again being listed for $3.36 million – or approximately $9,700 per acre. Details in this week's Flume .

A DEVELOPERS WET DREAM DESTROYED BY THE CURRENT DEPRESSION REDUX....This is the mess that never obtained clean water rights......developer proposed taking water from Elk Creek....flushing through the development (literally) and dumping the effluent into the Platt......a real non starter.......then the realestate market imploded......hopefully this effort died an economic death.
