Conifer Area Council Town Hall Mtg & Other Upcoming Events

Hard to believe the holidays are around the corner! Here are a few upcoming events to attend soon and mark your calendars not to miss. Please share the following, some of which have volunteer opportunities.

1. Conifer Recreation Coalition (CRC) recently launched its master planning project called “Project PLACE” to build, enhance and promote recreational opportunities in and around the Conifer Area. The first workshop is scheduled November 14, 2013 7:00 – 8:30 PM, West Jeff Middle School, 9449 South Barnes Avenue, Conifer, CO 80433. 4. Conifer Area Council Town Hall Meeting

5. Conifer Chamber Christmas Parade a Storytime Christmas and more
~ Saturday, December 7, 2013 1:30 PM along Sutton Road in Aspen Park

6. MRC Annual Holiday Party for MRC-invited families
~ Saturday December 14, 2013 at Conifer High School
~ Donations needed: Children’s gifts, holiday food and volunteer time. See attached flyer for details.

7. Salvation Army Bell Ringing
~ November 29 through December 24 at Aspen Park King Soopers, Conifer Safeway and Loaf N Jug CR 43 Bailey. See attached flyer for details.

~ Two hour shifts available 9 AM to 7PM each day to volunteer; contact Jacqueline Neal at 303-679-3008 or 303-919-2923 (mobile).
