Two men living in Fairplay were charged with menacing and several other felony and misdemeanor crimes after an early-morning incident on Nov. 3 in Fairplay.
Charles Kenneth Rooks, 28, and Bradley Michael Rupp, 44, were charged with felony menacing, crimes against at-risk adults, drug possession, harassment and criminal trespassing, according to a warrantless arrest affidavit.
