The South Park Chamber of Commerce will present 2013’s True Pioneer Award to Stan and Dorothy Russell at the Fairplay Christmas Tree Lighting on Dec. 7 at 5 p.m. at the corner of Fourth and Front streets in Fairplay, according to Ernie Dumas, president of the South Park chamber.
