Three men face first degree assault, second degree burglary and second degree kidnapping charges – all felony crimes – after they allegedly entered a house in the 400 block of Houston Street in Bailey just before noon on Nov. 8 and removed a woman against her will, according to an affidavit for arrest warrant signed by Park County Deputy David Leffler.
