Elizabeth Miner has a big year ahead.
Along with expecting another child this spring to join her 3-year-old son, Alexander, and husband, Bill, the 2014 Colorado Teacher of the Year will go to the White House for a ceremony recognizing the top teachers from across the nation, and possibly she’ll go to Space Camp in Huntsville, Ala.
Those are among a long list of events that the Fitzsimmons Middle School physical education teacher is juggling in addition to her regular teaching duties. Details in this week's Flume.
