Music, food, fun and a silent auction will headline the Denise Haas Benefit at the Rustic Station restaurant in Bailey on Sunday, Jan. 26, from 2-7 p.m.
Haas was severely burned in a home accident in November and won’t be able to return to work until at least mid-February.
The bills are piling up. She did not have health insurance, and this benefit has been organized by her friends to help make her whole financially while she heals.
The musical lineup includes Kicked to the Curb, Pastor Greg Blake with Troublesome Gulch, and Billy Byrd with Charlie Provenza. Those groups have all played at venues where Haas has worked over the years, including Rustic Station and the now-closed Sweet Fanny Adams in Bailey.
That's today.
