Early Tuesday morning Park County Sheriff’s SWAT officers established a perimeter at 396 Rising Sun Road in the KZ Ranch subdivision in preparation to execute a search warrant for Jason William Belmont.
Belmont who is an Adams County Deputy Sheriff was wanted on a domestic violence, no bond warrant for: third degree assault, harassment and child abuse causing injury.
Telephonic communication was established with Belmont by Undersheriff Monte Gore who was able to talk Belmont into surrendering and coming out of the house without incident.
