As of July 1, Rocky Mountain Options for Long Term Care based in Colorado Springs is the new services coordination provider for in-home care for low-income seniors and disabled individuals in Park County.

Previously, the Central Mountain Options for Long Term Care in Fremont County provided Park County with services, but recently reorganized its service area.

The Park County Board of County Commissioners adopted a resolution acknowledging the switch in service providers at its weekly meeting on July 24.

Rocky Mountain Options is a nonprofit whose service area includes Park, Teller and El Paso Counties.

The goal of the organization is to provide personal coordination of care services so the elderly, brain injured individuals and disabled persons can stay in their homes and community as long as possible.
