Why is it that with 42 million people either going through or having already gone through a divorce, there is no organized support out there except through religious institutions?! We're here to change that - and we're so much cheaper (and funner) than therapy!

Divorce Club Warriors is a support group for women (sorry guys, we still love you and we're trying to get support going for you too...stay tuned) that are experiencing the agonizing process of divorce. We're here to get you through the process and come out the other end stronger, empowered and ready for your new life.

Divorce is emotionally exhausting, complicated and if there are children involved, the most important reason you have to get it done right the first time.

How do we do this?

* We simply help each other out. We talk about our experiences through the legal system, the challenges we all face and the methods that work. Simply knowing someone is there for you can make all the difference in the world. Your life can be surrounded by friends and family but unless they've experienced the divorce process themselves, the advice can be frustrating.

* There is life the way it should be and there is life the way it is. It's not like the movies. The court system is exasperatingly complicated, overworked and understaffed. We'll have a lawyer attend a few meeting and give you free advice.

* Laughed lately? Nope. Probably not. The divorce process is mind numbing. The simple act of laughing can be a lost art but that's the great thing about women. Get a group together and we're bound to find the humor in some, if not all, of it.

* We're not here to pass judgement, tell you what to do or tell you you're wrong. We're just here to listen to each others experiences so we can all learn together. You'll learn about yourself, your internal moral compass, what you want out of life and the open road ahead.

* If you've already finished up your divorce, please help out the next woman. Come to a meeting, meet a new friend and be a mentor. Be that person to change someone's life for the better. You could walk away with a life long friend.

This is simply a grass roots effort starting in the foothills of Denver. We're currently serving the Conifer, Evergreen, Pine, Bailey area - or anyone that wants to join us from down the hill! Free Legal Advice!

The expense of a divorce is terrifying! Some lawyers feed off the emotional frenzy so that's why we have a lovely attorney who will answer some questions for you. If you have any other questions or need legal counsel, let talk to each other and network with good attorneys.

Pay what you can but we ask $10/meeting - your therapist will ask for $200/hour!
