Stalled Kings Valley Marketplace back on track
Commercial building on U.S. 285 courting tenants
By Gabrielle Porter
Tuesday, March 3, 2015

The developer of the long-stagnant Kings Valley Marketplace has disentangled the project from a six-year legal snarl, recapitalized the property and started a search for commercial tenants.

Beerer said the group expects to see a mix of professional offices, national and local retailers and perhaps a restaurant patio once the second floor is complete.

For more information...the Kings Valley Group will allow tenants to customize their spaces at the building. Congratulations!!! How about inviting Trader Joe’s and /or Vitamin Cottage. I know VC was supposed to open near the Sonic/Safeway but because of apparent building violations this has been stalled now.
I would love to see these two businesses up here and I know many others feel the same!!!

According to the article, the group has been "in talks" with an urgent care and a natural grocer, though they wouldn't confirm if it was the same grocer that had been looking at the Conifer Towne Center property.

I'd love to finally see this filling up, and an urgent care center that was open 24/7 would be AWESOME!

That would be cool, but it won't ever happen - not enough market interest/traffic. Vitamin Cottage or Sprouts would fit better, and I think being on that side of the highway and further down would be a huge bonus.

Guess we'll find out soon enough!

Vitamin Cottage or Sprouts would be a welcome choice and I believe well supported.
