After a two meeting hiatus due to inclement weather and lack of agenda items, the Fairplay Board of Trustees had a full house and a thick agenda at its Monday evening meeting March 16. It was a meeting devoted mostly to property issues.
There was also a Property Improvement Incentive Program (PIIP) award, announcement of a Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) grant, a discussion about Fairplay Beach tailings, and a new Public Works director hired.
Two property cases involved a change in paperwork to conform to reality.
