Castle Rock-based Commnet Four Corners LLC received a special use permit from Park County commissioners March 26 to install a 199-foot cell phone telecommunications tower near County Road 43.
Currently, the area has no cell phone coverage.
By the first of June, residents along the northern portion of CR 43 and CR 47 should have cell phone coverage, according to Commnet Vice President of Engineering Mark Hansen.
Currently, Commnet has roaming agreements with AT&T and Verizon.
