Rescheduled Spring into Service is now running in conjunction with National Trails Day, both of which are coming up Saturday, June 6 at White Ranch Park! Jumpstart the summer volunteer season and give back to the Parks at either of these awesome events.

Trail Building
14 -- Adult: Includes 1 mile hike to the work site, hand-building trail with a variety of tools, including rakes, picks, shovels, McCleods.
Habitat Restoration
13 -- Adult: includes 1 mile hike to work site, carrying buckets, using hand tools, pounding stakes, hammering, spreading seed, laying seed mats, erosion control.
Historic Preservation
13 -- Adult: Includes 3/4 mile hike to lunch site after project, light maintenance of horse corrals, replacing lodge pole fence rails, carrying timbers, spreading crusher fines for farm equipment pads
Youth Learning Activities
Age 1 -- Adult: Activities include 3/4 mile easy hike to the activities area, the Bouldering Bus: a school bus converted to a bouldering cave that can be explored to learn about basic climbing techniques, Dogs in the Parks, Nature Education Station, History Education Station, Compass Station, GPS and Orienteering, Exploring Large Earth Moving Equipment, and Nest Box Building: Build and take home your very own bird or bat nest box
Adult Accompanying Youth for Learning Activities
Choose this ticket if you are an adult who will be accompanying youth for the youth learning activities. One adult per 5 youth is required for children to participate in the activities.
