I. SPECIAL USE PERMIT CASE #15CAP-05. Property is a 1500 sq. ft. leased space on a 3-acre metes and bounds property addressed as 1149 Dick Mountain Dr., Bailey. Applicant is requesting a Special Use Permit for replacement of a 50 ft. monopole cell tower with a new 70 ft. tower and addition of new carrier equipment.
