In a short county board regular meeting July 16, the commissioners approved a release and hold harmless agreement with Human Potential LLC for the Park County Fair 5K Fun Run held July 19.
The agreement was for the use of Beaver Creek Road, County Road 5, which follows Beaver Creek from Fairplay north to forest service property.
