Picnic & Paint at River Canyon Gallery this Sat for Mountain Bowls Project!

Please join us this Saturday at River Canyon Art Gallery in Bailey as we have a bowl painting party for our Mountain Bowls Project (formerly known as Empty Bowls). The artists there have created many bowls for us to decorate - come help us make them beautiful!



River Canyon Gallery in Bailey and Wildfire Pottery/Alice Pierson, are hosting an all-day Bowl Painting Party at River Canyon Gallery. Cost is a suggested donation of $10 per person to cover the costs of the clay, glazes and firing. The goal is to provide the Mountain Bowls Projects 200 bowls that will be provided to support the Mountain Bowls Project events: 'Bowls After Dark' and 'Mountain Bowls'. Bowls After Dark evening event will take place on October 15th from 6:00p - 9:30p at the Evergreen Lakehouse Mountain Bowls will take place on November 3rd, 2015 at Aspen Ridge Church with a lunch (11:00a - 2:00p) or dinner (4:00 - 7:00p) option. Your participation with the Picnic & Paint event will support both Mountain Bowls Project events.

Mountain Bowls is a fundraising event celebrating Mountain Resource Center's 25 yr. Anniversary featuring bowls painted and donated by both artists, students and the community. This year we are hosting two events: Bowls After Dark at the Evergreen Lake House on October 15 and Mountain Bowls at Aspen Ridge Church on November 3 (lunch or dinner, your choice).
