Colorado’s second district representative, democrat Jared Polis, met with his Park Country constituents Aug. 22 at the Cutthroat Café in Bailey. The town hall was attended by a small, enthusiastic group of citizens.
The Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action with Iran and the Trans-Pacific Partnership trade agreement with 12 nations were the topics de jour. These are two of President Barak Obama’s signature agendas.
There were arguments from all sides of the issues and Polis spent a good part of his allotted hour addressing those questions.
