Park County commissioners approved a marijuana cultivation license on Sept 10. for TV Pharm, LLC, owned by Park County residents Edward Hock, Jr. and Nicholas Haddad.
Commissioner Mike Brazell said he met the applicants recently at a social gathering, but the license application was not discussed and that he could make an unbiased decision on the application.
The 162-acre property is located on County Road 34 about three miles south of U.S. Highway 285.
The cultivation buildings and greenhouses will be located 0.2 mile south of CR 34 and behind a hill to eliminate visual impacts to traffic on the road.
