The schedule:
6:30p.m.: Candidates will have tables set up outside the cafeteria in the lobby where attendees can approach the tables. No active campaigning please.
7:30p.m.: The Conifer Area Council will open the event and welcome attendees.
7:40p.m.: Candidates make opening statements.
7:45p.m.: Questions posed to the candidates by moderator Doug Bell.
8:30p.m.: Candidates can adjourn to their tables and attendees can approach with questions and comments.
8:50p.m.: Event concludes.
