In a three-day combined preliminary and proof evident hearing, 11 Judicial District Judge Stephen Groome heard from both sides regarding Evan Graham’s death.
Graham, a former Longmont resident who moved to Fairplay in 2013, went missing in June 2013 and the case went unsolved for two years.
In August of this year, via confession, sibling duo Jarrod and Audra Moquist, also of Longmont until they relocated to Fairplay at the same time, told the Park County Sheriff’s Office Graham had been shot to death and his body was buried near Fairplay.
