The Indian Mountain Corporation’s indirect contempt of court trial continued before Judge Stephen A. Groome Oct. 9, 2015. The contempt charge stemmed from an invoice that IMC issued in August to the Indian Mountain Metro District residents, attempting for a second time to extract payments from IMMD lot owners for IMC’s water augmentation plan.
Groome ruled against the plaintiff, owner James Ingalls and IMC, ordering all monies collected from the IMMD residents to be returned and for IMC to pay all court and attorney fees. Payment is due within 30 days from the date of the decision, Oct. 13, in order to purge the contempt charge.
