The Park County Sheriff’s Office Drug Enforcement Unit, headed by detectives Dave Leffler and John Bender executed search warrants Dec. 15, 2015 at 958 Vigilante Ave. in Bailey.
Jeffery Hart, 35, of Illinois and Jeremy Abrams, 28, of Montezuma, Colo., were arrested for cultivating an illegal amount of marijuana, a class-three felony, and for the extraction of marijuana concentrate, a level two drug felony.
