Peter Trela received a rezoning from residential to mixed use for a 5.6-acre lot on the northeast side of Bailey from the Park County commissioners on Feb. 4.
The mixed use zone allows both residential and commercial uses on the same lot.
Trela plans to operate a wedding and reception business on the property, which is addressed 54 County Road 68.
The property is directly east of Bailey Propane, northeast of Rustic Square and in the Bailey Rural Center. County Road 68 bisects the lot.
