The Platte Canyon track and field home meet was scheduled to be held on April 20, but was cancelled due to snow still residing on the track. Instead of missing a beat, the Huskies continued into competition with the Legend Prom Qualifier held at Sports Authority Stadium on April 21.
Despite being put up against division 4A Elizabeth and Ponderosa High Schools, along with division 5A Highlands Ranch, Legend and Castle View High Schools, the smaller division 3A Huskies still walked away with 25 top-eight places in 17 events.
