The Addams Family Preview - a fundraiser
Evergreen Players has invited guests of Mountain Resource Center to join them Wednesday, July 6 for the preview of The Addams Family, a spooky, fun musical suitable for both children and adults. Suggested donation is $25 and $50 for Gold Seating (first two rows), proceeds benefit Mountain Resource Center.
Reception will begin at 6:30pm, seating to start at 7:15pm with 7:30pm performance. Light appetizers, beer and wine will be served at 6:30pm and again at intermission; donations appreciated.
Wednesday Addams, who is the Addams family's ultimate princess of darkness, has grown up and fallen in love with a sweet, smart young man from a respectable family - a man her parents have never met. And if that weren't upsetting enough, Wednesday confides in her father and begs him not to tell her mother. Now, Gomez Addams must do something he's never done before - keep a secret from his beloved wife, Morticia. Everything will change for the whole family on the fateful night they host a dinner for Wednesday's 'normal' boyfriend and his parents.
