After almost a year on the market, Conifer’s historic Yellow Barn has a new owner: Craig Marks.
Marks, a longtime real estate broker in Conifer, closed on the purchase May 1 for an undisclosed amount, including credits to be used toward bringing the barn up to code. The sale includes 2.5 acres of land, the 4,900-square-foot barn and other buildings on the property.
