The man accused of abducting a Bailey teen from the Conifer King Soopers parking lot last August was convicted by a jury Thursday of multiple counts of kidnapping and other charges.
Dakota Holand, 20, was found guilty of second-degree kidnapping, third-degree kidnapping, aggravated robbery and misdemeanor theft after a two-day trial in a Jeffco court.
On Aug, 20, 2015, Holand reportedly forced a 16-year-old male to drive him from Conifer to Pueblo after entering the victim’s Jeep Wrangler.
