Serving up Ralston Valley Beef steak ranchero sandwiches, Colorado braised lamb sandwiches with ratatouille and pesto aioli, Pallisade peach and goat cheese crostini, bison chili brats, bison chili, and smoked Alamosa striped bass po boy sandwiches.
