Celebrate the Georgetown Clash 'n Bash! Join us for the 11th annual Georgetown Bighorn Sheep Festival honoring Colorado's state animal! This event is scheduled during the peak of bighorn sheep breeding season when rams’ contest for dominance, called the clash, is at its peak.

The Town of Georgetown and Colorado Parks and Wildlife offer opportunities to watch and learn about one of Colorado’s oldest bighorn sheep herds. Also, kids can make sheep horns of their own, make s'mores at the park campfire, enjoy short wildlife educational programs for the whole family, and more! Guests to Georgetown can also ride the historic Georgetown Loop train (fees apply) with special sheep tours included!
