Photography for Beginners

Course description: Get that thing off automatic! In this introductory class, we will begin by discussing what makes a great photograph. You will learn the basics about lenses. Which lenses are good for portraits? Which lenses are used for landscape or wildlife photography? Then you will learn about some of the basic settings on most cameras, such as f-stop, shutter speed and ISO, and how you can use these to create your own masterpieces. Bring your camera and your camera manual so you can practice in class! Space is limited.
