It is with great sadness that I must tell the community that Marge Suvada has passed away.
Marge was well known in the community and among the Pleasant Park Grange as well as Conifer VFW Post 12009 of which her late husband, Bill Suvada was a member. (Bill passed June 2, 2016)
Marge and Bill were longtime Conifer residents and have many great friends in the area. Marge retired from Safeway many years and owned a Mountain Bird Seed shop where the old Highlander restaurant used to be. Bill owned South Platte Angler which started out by the Highlander and ended up behind the old Safeway. He finally retired when the new Safeway was built.
