The Park County commissioners approved two developments, an eight-lot minor subdivision and the preliminary plan for a ten-lot Planned Unit Development, March 9.
“It’s exciting to have two new developments today,” Commissioner Mark Dowaliby said. “We haven’t seen that recently. I’m glad to see development is starting to happen again.”
