This is a fun day for both kids and adults. Our exhibitors will show you how to choose the best native plants to attract our native pollinators, how to build a habitat garden and how to build a native bee habitat. Learn what your Breakfast would look like without bees and what crops bees pollinate. Kids will have a passport that will guide them around the displays and the garden to learn who our native pollinators are and what they need. Then they will have the opportunity to meet the Bees Waggle lady, build a hummingbird feeder and an insect puddle, make Chenille bees and butterflies and a mason bee house or color if you are a little one.
Everyone will take home some seeds to seed your own pollinator garden, containers, window boxes and vegetable gardens that will attract pollinators.
