Elevation Celebration, the largest summer event that the Conifer Area Chamber of Commerce puts on, runs Saturday, July 29 and Sunday, July 30.
This year is the fifth anniversary for this free event, which will be bigger and better than ever before. The chamber, with the help of local organizations, sponsors and volunteers, will double the size of the beer garden as it will now be in two locations.
In addition, the chamber has doubled the size of the “Kids Zone,” with an area for younger children that features a mini train, a bounce house, a petting zoo and face painting.
Then there is an “Extreme Zone” for older children, that will feature an obstacle course, dual slide and a mechanical bull ride. Children can also race against each other to see who can complete the course the fastest.
