The decision on Amanda Woodbury’s application to amend a Planned Unit Development to construct eight storage units and 15 vehicle, camper and boat spaces on land she owns adjacent to U.S. Highway 285, was continued by the Park County Commissioners to Oct. 12.
Woodbury is doing business as South Platte Prospects, LLC, a company she formed in 2012.
At the Sept. 28 hearing, Woodbury said her son Ben Thober and his wife will be business partners, if the amended PUD plan is approved.
Commissioner Mark Dowaliby disclosed that he was a friend of the family, but could be impartial and vote according to the merits of the case.
