After an executive session Oct. 12, the Park County commissioners remanded Amanda Woodbury’s planned unit development amendment application back to the planning commission.
Before the executive session, County Attorney Lee Phillips suggested the commissioners remand the application because the commissioners’ hearing “was not the same case that was presented to the planning commission”.
When asked how it was different by Commissioner Mark Dowaliby, Phillips said the planning commission had not heard from the two attorneys that presented opposition at the county commissioners’ hearing.
“We probably never hear exactly the same presentation,” Commissioner Mike Brazell said.
