Miss the Board of Education meeting Tuesday night? Here's what happened:
Unfortunately, the public was unable to witness the newly elected board members take their oaths of office. They were taken the prior day privately.

The Board consented to the use of a facsimile signature of the Treasurer by the Director of Business Services (position is currently vacant) to approve warrants, order or checks.
The Board designated Caplan and Earnest as legal counsel.
The Board approved the appointment of Stephanie Juneau, CFO Systems LLC as Assistant Treasurer to the Board.
The Board approved the appointment of Lisa Murphy as Asst Secretary to the Board.
The Board agreed to schedule a work session at the Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs during the CASB convention. Details of time and place will be provided when required to be publicly noticed.
