When Chris Howe and Sarah Bennett took over the Kenosha Café and reopened it as The Shaggy Sheep in 2016, one of their goals was to make the restaurant a place for community; Bennett has seen the restaurant increase its customer base, and the restaurant has become a place where people come, eat, play some board games, grab a drink just as they hoped, a community.
