Enjoy a sneak preview of Degas: A Passion for Perfection at CAE on January 30, 2018 at 6 pm. Center for the Arts Evergreen is delighted to host Dr. Timothy Standring, Gates Family Foundation Curator of Painting and Sculpture from the DAM, who will talk about curating the upcoming exhibit of over 100 works by Degas at the DAM. Dr. Standring always has fascinating stories to share about the process of putting together a comprehensive exhibit. The exhibition focuses on recurring themes throughout Degas’s 60 year career and will be shown at the DAM from February 11 to May 20, 2018. The DAM is the sole American venue for Degas: A Passion for Perfection. You can learn about it first at CAE! Space is limited so please reserve your spot.
